Looking for advice on how to stay fit after X-ray confirmed I have two fractures in my foot. I own a kettlebell so I’m thinking I’ll spend time on core strengthening.
When i've had foot injuries i've always maintained my cardio via the cross-trainer and spinbike.
Of course that depends on what sort of pain you're in and if you can do those types of things without further discomfort.
Would certainly recommend core work....
