Hope it's not mate, but it's not the end of the world, broke mine a few years back, only in pot for three weeks and was out jogging on the fifth week.Quote:

Just got back from hospital and after going back in for more Xrays its not broken but I have done a lot of ligament damage and still might be a few weeks.Quote:

the doctor gave me light exercises to do and when I asked her if it would be OK to set the bike up on the turbo trainer she said swimming would be better. i asked "what, on the bike?" good job she had finished with all the poking about on my foot as she was not amused.
so much for 3 weeks of being T total. got to keep fit somehow though.
I am still easing my left knee back after the fall on XOTF. think I will take something safer up such as bullfighting

done my first "run" up and down Ingleborough 4 weeks after the sprain but it still ached a bit so back to the bike tomorrow
