a Variation on the Knee theme.

Anybody else experienced a dull ache on the inside of their knee around the bony projection. Been getting this feeling for a couple of weeks now, cut down my mileage to three sessions a week but its still there. Also while examining my knee ive noticed one of my knee caps has what feel like dents in it.... Im booking physio, but just intrested if anybody else has any experience of these complaints... cant find much on the internet, runners forums etc. it always feels as if theres some little niggle nowadays, think maybe im listening a bit to hard to my body. haha
