Horncliffe Well - Bingley Moor
Had a trot over the moors from Baildon to Ilkley last night with a mate. He pointed out Horncliffe Well to me about a mile or so up from Bingley Road/Weecher. He assured me that it is safe to drink from. Does anybody know whether this is true or not ? He said he had a quick slurp on the last leg of the Bradford Millenium Way Relay on Sunday & suffered no ill effects ! I can report that the Ilkley Stout in Bar T'At, that I had later, is definitely safe to drink.

A school ? Wow, that is very hard to believe !! I'll be having a slurp from it over summer, that's for sure !

at sconce in about the 1700s where the log cabins are they wanted to create a village,
but permission was refused due to the inability to discharge sewage.
