This morning steady run 10km, followed by 10-15min stretching in the front garden.
I step back home at 7:30 ready for shower, family breakfast, and 18km ride to work....
And the smell of the bestest apple and raisin cake welcomes me. Hard to believe but the taste was even better than the smell.
Life is good.

Came back from 10 mile evening run 2 days ago with Martyn P and Mrs P feeling tired and hungry, there she was, waiting at home ready to start cooking a steak! God I love Mrs R.Quote:
