Your account of the weekend brought a tear to my eye, and I know how much this challenge meant to you. I feel for you right now but I also know that you will come back stronger from this! I wish you all the best for next time!!
Congratulations to Adrian, and to the other contenders who made it. Commiserations to those who didn't. The conditions were horrendous at times, and the persistent clag made for interesting navigation.
Dave Makin of Achille Ratti completed his 50 @ 50 in 22:47. An awesome achievement in those conditions.
