In a world of pain...

...today :(

Serves me right for being sarcy about not running while I am on this course.

I did circuit training on Monday and have the 48 hours later aches, pains and stiffness because i have only been once before and not used to it yet.

That's coupled with what I think is the onset of tonsillitis which is causing just about every bone in my body to ache like mad as well as making my throat swell up and feel like I have swallowed a bramble bush :(

Self pitying over... There are no horrid rooms at the training centre for me to stay in, so I have a swanky hotel room instead, with a big deep bath, to relax in later :)
