and they'll both be in the calendar which will arrive very soon also...
Cheers Daz. Are they good uns' as i have never run them but that part of the world is beautiful as i am a runner not a racer so do spend some time taking it all in.

Here's a link to the Hayfield site - http://www.cs.manchester.ac.uk/~temples/hc/ - they are both excellent races (the Downfall in particular is a bit of a classic). If you like cake, why not try the Kinder Trial on 31st January? This is more like a fun couple of hours out rather than a race.
Thanks Geoff i will have a look at that. Never going to be fast enough to compete at age group so i just enjoy the scenery and finish.
