No doubt both bodies will report, formally, in due course - if either received a formal complaint. As "the forum" is neither bodies mouthpiece, I am not sure that it is fair to say that the matter has been brushed under the carpet merely because the officers tasked with dealing with such a matter feel it inappropriate to reply on this site.
Marrow you are correct that it is FRA policy for the outcome of disciplinary matters to be reported, including to UKA.
Any matters concerning the Devil's Beeftub race would not be a matter for the FRA because the race is held in Scotland as will be abundantly clear to anyone who can be bothered to read the previous thread before posting questions on here.
Wasnt the outcome of the inquiry into the incident at Langdale posted on here and detailed in the Fellrunner mag. Langdale was a few weeks after Devil's Beeftub so either the enquiry is taking longer or there hasnt been oneQuote:
