Looks like an interesting training aid.
Any feedback about its ability to measure your running speed, Roadrunner?
in a village near me they have got those new things up which tell you how fast you are going and it flashes a warning if you are going over 30 and goes green if you are going 30 or under.
my mates dad and a load of lads from the pub were running up the street once trying to set it off :rolleyes: don;t think it worked :confused: :D

Unfortunately I can't run as fast as David Proctor
My daughter and her mates reckoned that they got it to display 29mph by running down the road!
:( The best I managed on our local speed detector was 11mph. And that was DOWNHLL!!!! :(
