Hi, been suffering with forefoot pain on and off for a couple of years, but it's got alot worse the last few months, it's been diagnosed by a podiatrist as metatarsalgia, so I saw my doctor yesterday, had xrays done, just have to wait for results,
My question is have any of you's suffered from this and most importantly found out and implemented something that helped cure it, thanks
