I have looked online but to no avail. Could someone please confirm how many races are needed to be able to compete in both the English and British championships as an individual? I am assuming all. Thanks in advance.

The FRA Handbook (page 44) says you need to run three races for the British Champs and p.46 says three best results out of up to four to count for the English. "If points for more than three races are counted they must include one race from each distance".
This is going to change next year, as WC has pointed out.
