Lightweight MM tents
I need to replace my old 'Sup'air' (blue cloche thing)which is a single skin lightweight MM tent.
it weighs around 780g
Looking at the modern stuff this still seems quite light.
most of the modern tents are double skinned. what is there on the market that would be a great MM tent weighing in at 780g or less?
thanks

budget?
The Terra Nova elite (silver ones) are about 700. grams and pounds.
I think the photon is the next lightest (800g or so), then the competition (around 950g).
(these are all 1.5-man tent weights)
I'm not particularly au fait with other options. I got a TN Comp 1 off ebay for about £220 (rrp £300) as it seemed like a good think to have and a good compromise for both MMs and general gadding about.

I got a a Photon 1 from Ebay about £200. It's great but the 1g pegs are silly. The shiny condom (Laser Pulsar) are gaining popularity. But it's alot of money (£999) to save 250g!

Got a laser comp-great but tight for two on a long October night. Mate has a Nordisk Telemark 2 man at 930g - can get 2 full length mats in. Using this fir the OMM This year.

Thanks for this guys, TN elite sounds interesting
re Lasar Pulsar - that is a lot of money - so what is its actual weight??

I think the pulsar weighs in at about 500g...

Telemark 2 here, the space is quite pleasant compared to my old TNF Mountain Marathon.
