20 mins in the rain and dark round the village brett . . .
55 mins hilly road run. Have climb written down somewhere but it's hardly important just now . . . .
Graphs are no good for me; well apart from the one that shows how I've lost 10 kilo by next spring . . . .
Sounds easy to me, what's stopping you? I'd sell my soul to the devil for a problem that is so easily acted upon. Persistence and solid commitment is the way forward, inexorable progress is a dead cert if you stay focused. For me nothing is a dead cert, my chances are no better than 50:50, but i keep going because frankly i have nothing better to do and my life would be empty without the one glimmer of hope that i might one day run at 100%. I suspect that you have been thinking about another BG attempt and i see no reason why you can't make it to the steps again.
Nothing's stopping me. Graphs, Garmins, timing stuff to the nearest minute or two has never been my way. I've no unfinished BG business now but just don't want to be the fat bugger wobbling along and struggling to keep up at a social run . . . and that'll be the case soon
6 runs in 6 days . . . .
