Inov8 waterproof running

I found a pair of Inov8 running wet weather over(?) trousers today (in my local charity shop). The label is blank and I think they may be a sample. From a online search they seem to be the Inov-8 race Elite Racepant.
Online they all seem to be black colour - mine are grey. The one review i found mentions a pocket - which mine don't have.
They have a red half leg zip in each lower leg, red elasticated ankle. One leg a has RACELITE printed on it. Elasticated waistband.
The outer material is a soft polyester type material and inner material is soft and shiney - the seams are taped.
Doesa anyone have any info or opinion on these trousers? are they any good? I've only found two reviews one good and one bad.
