Hi evryone
i have a pain in the ***** i've had a quick scan of previous threads couldn't find anything so just wondering what any of you might recommend in terms of self treatment. I have some stretches to do which my physio suggested. I have a 55mile race next week which looks like im going to have to dip out of :-(
Any advise on recovery much appreciated

Your physio may have already mentioned it but sitting on a tennis ball to massage it helps as well.
