At last, proper fell running weather ! Only 6 miles after work, but full of bogs, rain & clag. Cracking !
wow.. good ascent. not a great week,.. may just touch 60 but no ascent.
Physio today, back in sheff so took advantage, she thought I was chronically fatigued with a really weak core, glut medius, psoas, piriformis, hip flexors.. so backing off for a month.. 50-60 miles a week but no hard sessions but try and live healthier and get right again. I basically took no time off after the worlds and think its caught up with me..
I can run 7-8 miles but then get really sore in my hip/pelvis so knew something was wrong..
Set out for a 10 k with my dog last night. We warmed up at home for 15 mins. Me - star jumps, squat jumps, high knees etc. Dog - couch to coich sprints and jumps. He was knackered out and so after just short of 2 miles I was dragging him round. Home for the poor boy it was. I was going to head back out but a plate of tea changed my mind. Maybe I should be out not and not on here..
A lovely headtorcher for me and Harry last night with heavy rain and hill fog making it even better. It was my first evening headtorcher of the season but its headtorching all the way from now on till next March for weekday evenings.
FTOP reccie with Mrs Stagger, Martyn P, kickin em, Johnmc, and a couple of others, oh and Gem:cool:
4 miles of woodland trail with my dog followed by squat jumps at home after until I felt a little sick..
Good stretch off now relaxxxxing!

10km on West Burra. I declined from leaving the island.... Well, when running at least. There was the matter of pie and chips to attend to in Scalloway.
I can barely move.
7.9 miles and just under 356m climb - ish. Felt rather rough so cut short and took it steady until I realised I could catch the bus home if I hammered the last mile and half. So a good warm up, bit of climbing and some speedwork to finish. Terrible weather.. :)
