Mrs Alf is safe for now but if she starts tempting me with her french fancies then I will have to point out the dangers that lie ahead http://i592.photobucket.com/albums/t...ebit/shock.gif

 Oooo I like that you can sleep off chips! I never knew!
Tip: if you are given free cakes/chocolate (or chips I guess), then they are calorie free. So if someone at works brings in cakes for a birthday etc, they are safe. It's only when you actively go looking for the cakes/chocolate (or Jaffas DT :closed:) that the calories become activated :)
I am so dreading next year's "overweight to something-resembling-not-too-lardy"
Re: Overweight to Raceweight g
I thought Jaffa Cakes weren't cakes and therefore fat free?
I forgot to weigh myself again this morning :o

The way things are going (with all this backsliding going on  ) this thread will still be going by the time onehill junior arrives. Just think you could register the largest weight loss in a single day
Re: Overweight to Raceweight g
Haha! I probably can Alf... though I suspect there will still be a long way to go to beat my 2013 starting weight
Re: Overweight to Raceweight g
I like your thinking :)

Re: Overweight to Raceweight g
Can I be excused still not losing weight - I have in fact lost half a stone but that's only because I put on half a stone before my op - does that count??
Anyhow, one month post op and I still can't exercise and due to some on going 'issues' I may not be able to do more than walk for a bit longer yet. So maintaining my current weight is good enough for me right now
