Though mine needs editing as I'm more bothered about body fat than overall weight and will be happy with anywhere between 75-80kg so that could be anything from -3 to +2 from starting weight. Not sure how best to record that in the table. If you could sort that out for me i'd be very grateful.

Thanks for the grid dominion, I don't know how you done it, but I copied yours. Why they use square brackets instead of angle brackets, I don't know, made it bloody awkward!
