    Anyway back on point i think it would make a good booby prize, most people would rather join a club and have friends than constantly strive to win a packet of chocolate coated dates or something. I also think it would be a good talent spotter if clubs seek to recruit members who are gifted in the sport, whether they actively seek members i don't know. As Tom says i am U/A but only because i can't think of any reason for joining a club other than to meet other runners, which i'm sort of doing through events like XOTF anyway, so it seems like i'd be doing it for the sake of it. Anyway it takes me so long to come out of my shell they'd probably think i don't like them, it's happened before at places i've worked.
