Pushbike, only realised it was you when I had gone past.

Only when working out of Manc offce, which I'd not done in a while. Used to do it every day when based here. TBH, it was the basis of all of my MdS training.

I find the increased CO2 levels helps to replicate altitude training by reducing the O2 levels in each intake of breath!
