    well did a 400m tonight with racing again tomorrow wish i hadnt bothered 58 secs what a poo time

    well done to track fairy & bone in the 3K where you both pleased

    yes i was pleased, its probably the best race i've had this year,
    as long as i keep the training going now the racing should start to see an improvement, from what has been the worst six months of training i've had.

    not so bad ta. Getting a bit frustrated as I've run somewhere between 8:11 and 8:15 more times than I can remember but that was the best I could do on my own. I'll be running the super fast 3000m at Solihull in a few weeks and hopefully with pacemakers and a good quality field I can run a good bit quicker.

    you looked comfortable probably like you say just lacking somebody else there to push you along
