This race as organised by Brox is not happening this year, though it will most probably return in a similar format from 2017. This year in its absence there will be a 'timed run' over the course on Sunday 28th February. Setting off from the usual spot on the under Loughrigg road at 10am. As it is not officially 'a race' there will be no cost, prizes, marshals, insurance etc. Times will be recorded at the finish and posted online afterwards. Details will appear on amblesideac.org at some point but I must stress that this (non) event has nothing what so ever to do with AAC.

The course is the now traditional: up the track on the way out and via Lily Tarn on the return. Hope to see a few there!

Please spread the word Keswick AC, Borrowdale, Helm Hill, Kendal and anyone else!!
