    I hope everyone knows about this years Loughrigg Silver Howe 'unofficial' race this Sunday 20th Feb. See http://www.amblesideac.org.uk/news.htm for details.

    A great chance for warming up before the Championship race over the same route in June. Registration from 10.30am at Ambleside Rugby Club and starts at 12pm.

    Please some slower runners, keep me company!!!
