Looks like a giggle but is there a definition of Emergency Service? Is it just what you get if you dial 999 (not an ansafone) or is it written somewhere - its not on the website as far as I can tell.

As far as i'm aware it is 999 emergency services including mountain rescue, lifeboat/coastguard, fire, police and ambulance hun
