Say No to Pain killers

[injury advice]

I have seen many runners that have cronic injuries now , due to the use of pain killers. Please deal with the injury and do not mask it for the sake of being able to run

I'm a great believer in albmaleaf gel. I put it on everything...sore muscles, painful achilles tendons, stiff knees, my aunt's arthritic fingers, toast, sponge cake....you name it. I even defrosted the car windscreen with it this morning.
When empty, the bottles also make lovely vases.

What lovely sound advice. You know Miss July, you'd be perfect for dear old GrahamB. I know he's getting on a bit, and he has a tendency to get lost at night, but he has a kind heart under that gruff exterior Ahh, a summer forum wedding would be wonderful and romantic, don't you think!
