Plus there only good for 100km, so if you borrow a pair of someone they'll already be shot...

Wife swears by hers for road running and the 100kms life is a load of
b****cks -hers are still going strong way past that but I suppose it depends how heavy you are and how hard you bash them on the road

I'd love to wear a pair of mayflys, but i don't really train all that hard to warrent a pair. I suppose if i went down to wythenshawe park and trained with the big boys i'd get a pair, but i don't like people beating me in training.
