    It's nothing new, I've seen it used by the International Rescue team on Thunderbirds.

    Actually, I do know what you mean. Using your arms and shoulders to shift your body weight upwards before your legs drive on up. I call it bounding. You can see videos of free rock climbers doing it, the body moves first, the legs follow.

    Wow that must be the most inefficient way of getting up a hill since Chris Moyles and the rest of those t**ts walked up Kilimanjaro.

    Have you got long arms? or maybe your a gym monkey and your arms are more muscular than your legs, you know like the old HeMan figures.
