'That's what you get when you suffer - you get results'
Didn't have to run this morning as I am only doing once today and tomorrow. If I had got up to run today, I would have thought twice about going out. I knew it was bad when the road was closed to traffic due to the winds on top of the moor. The Woodhead Road is still closed and expected to be tomorrow as well.
Did 8 miles around Ashton Sixth Form Colege.
8 windswept miles tonight - first half uphill into the wind steady - second half downhill with the wind scary?!
An hour on the bike for me last night!
First exercise since my groin strain last weekend and no side effects
Will be on the bike again this afternoon and a swim later.
Hoping to get back to running on monday!
Was a bit windy thou I can tell thee!
7 miles jogging on the road around Alty.
Over at 6:30am.
