A little 6 miler round the local hills at lunchtime working a bit of a sweat up.
No country for old men.
6.5 miles and 1100ft of ascent , Conistone, Scargill house, Capplestone Gate and back to Conistone. (Yesterday).
last night, hill reps on Helm - 4 sets of 10sec, 15sec, 20sec, 25 sec & back down, 5 press ups between reps, 3 min loop between sets. sweaty & dizzy!

This morning started out at Kettlewell up Firth Fell down to Buckden up Buckden Pike and back to Kettlewell. 12.5 miles / 2800 ish ft of ascent. 2hrs 35 mins.

Been up to Kettlewell and did Gt Whernside race route twice. 8.5ml / 3200ft-ish. Just the most stunning evening to be out. Sun was setting as I ran down second time surrounded by calling golden plover and skylarks singing
