30 mins easy trot through woods. Gonna cycle 8m to work tonight on road bike and 4m home in morning, that'll do it for me

Nice easy 4 to ease my thighs back to life after a hard weekend. Not feeling light but if my thighs recover I am feeling hopeful for next weekend, as long as it isn't too hot.

Is it meant to be this hard?

11 mile tonight on the road and trails paths. 7.5 mile of it with Sinatra and Tryfan. Quite a warm evening.

Easy 3.5 miles from home. Had considered going up to run the Bingley St Ives trail race but a puncture cycling home from work put paid to that idea
