If I'd known that tracklogs was going to calculate it at 4.9 miles I'd have run round the garden a few times to make up the .1 !

Dom's first rule of training - no training run shall be less than 5 miles.
My conscience is more than capable of doing the rounding up

Ben Each and Stuc a Chroin today mostly on the race route 8.5m with 4000' ascent. Fantastic run in glorious sunshine. Sometimes when I get days off on days like this I love my job.

6.5 miles - 85% off road not that it made much difference as even the usual muddy paths down in the woods are close to bone dry - so definitely not wearing fell shoes for Saturday's race.

Lads Leap is bone dry. Just done 8 miles running to it, on some part of the course and back home Nice night for running.

I feel a trip north coming on if I don't get summoned up for a B team leg in the 12 stage!
