35 minuteturbo training this morning before going to watch ALS.

    10 runs
    8 turbo's
    8 rollers
    3 races
    2 gyms

31 days of training for December

Race tomorrow then rest day before I start the hard work, in preperation for 2012.

Its been great to be injury free and just enjoy training and racing.

    Nice going Stagger!!

I have finished 2011 with a great 17m run on the moors from the Cover Bridge Inn and into Colsterdale and back yesterday with friends including fellow forumites Nosemi, Stolly and MashamMan. Finished it with great egg and chips in the pub Today I managed a rather slow muddy plod for 5.5m along the Ure and back. Looking forward to starting 2012 with Captain Cooks fell race tomorrow!

Good luck to everyone on your running in 2012, I hope we all achieve our goals and stay injury free.

Nice 14.5 mile mainly off road run from Huby to Otley and back again to get my haircut yesterday, mizzly rain, claggy mud, soaked by the time I got back, multiple climbs, fields and stiles - bliss!

8.4 miles from Standedge Cutting up the PW to Wessenden then ove Shooters Nab and home. about 1000fts up in super claggy, windy, muddy weather. The last thing my 3 year old daughter said to me when I was being dropped off was "Get some proper mud on your legs". I thank I did!

Run from home to meet some lancastrians for a run, about 20m in total and a grand day out for me and the dog. Crumblydown gave me a late birthday present of 3 pints of Guinness int pub later. 30 mile in last two days, feet up for the rest of the year!

About 18 miles out in the Dales, started at Hebden then made our way up to Mossdale Scar via Hole Bottom and Yarnbury, on to Capplestone Gate then back to Conistone via the Dales Way the The Dib. A tough road bit (well, it was for me) back to Grassington then across some of the world's muddiest fields back to Hebden.

    Happy New Year everyone!

A local muddy 6 miles. Longest I've ran since picking up mild PF following Rosedale. A small niggle under left heal at times, but it rained throughout and the wind blew and it felt great.

A windy and cold 9 miles from Bin Edge up Wessenden and half way up Black Hill. Came back because the slabs were slick with ice. Went up West Nab from the borrom path and back to Bin Edge.
