Fairfield Horseshoe on Tuesday and round of Langdale from Elterwater yesterday. Nice and warm on Tuesday, absolutely stinking yesterday.

About an hour up Allermuir and Caerketton. First time in 6 months that I've felt I was running rather than plodding. And the sun was out.

A fab 18.5m from Cold Kirby and via Rievaulx yesterday, 8 of us and 3 dogs Lovely 7m from Kettlewell today, I was a bit slow and not quite as gambolly as the lambs we saw (or Stolly and Stolly Senior Junior either!) but it was still a good'un. Got to sort this blooming knee out though.

1hr 20m of lung bursting, grin inducing fun on the local last night, nearly made it round without a head torch. Couldn't have enjoyed myself any more, picked a new line off the second hill which dives down through the quarries. Probably wasn't going that fast but considering how much I enjoyed myself who cares!!!
