    Nice hour locally, 10km and 250m climb. First try at a cold bath after, let's see if it helps the DOMS

    15 miles / 7000 ft over the Glyders and Carnedds yesterday, my legs are still aching like mad now...

    Up the Gribin ridge and onto Glyder Fawr, then up Y Garn and down to Ogwen Cottage, straight up Pen yr Ole Wen and along the ridge over Dafydd and Llewellyn, finishing with Pen yr Helgi Du. Worst part of it, running back to my car along the A5!

    Thank you! I suddenly realised last week that the Three Peaks was only a couple of weeks away, and also that the Welsh 1000m Peaks isn't that long after.. so I thought I'd better get some decent training in!

    May try that route myself before ennerdale, need ascent in the legs!
