    Saturday ran up to the Nick and along the ridge on Addingham Moorside, did not get wet, good run

    Monday, 6k up Parsons Lane near Addingham, nice green lane, policeman training his dog, though I might have to do some extra speedwork, BIG BIG DOG

    Steve. Is your dog free on July 14th ? He /she might like to run Wasdale in my name perhaps ?

    She says Cheers Will. She can't do Wasdale cos she's too young, even though she'd win it easy, her navigation's not up to much though, she's always waiting for me with a look of 'Which way next' and 'Run faster, lard boy!' The Bitch

    Sounds a bit like myself. The poor navigating and 'Which way next' bit, not the winning easily.
