    Monday 5 mile steady run with the wife wearing 20kg weight vest, did 14 miles yesterday with club mates.

    3.5 miles up and down the Wessenden Valley. First run for 22 days!

    1.25 miles in the pool this morning. Then 7 miles over the moors to watch my son race the John Carr 5k.

    15 miles yesterday (2hours) with the club from Horsforth to Otley Chevin all off road via Bramhope and back through East Carlton and Yeadon. Good bit of climbing, cow dodging and mud.

    Over an hour spent in my garage gym tonight; clean/jerks, front squats, presses, pulldowns, leg curls/extensions, single leg squats and some pylometric stuff jumping up and down steps in my garden. Felt good and really feels like I've worked my legs.

    I wonder if I'll be sore like last time.....

    5.7 miles/1000ft on Chevin & Danefield...best Wednesday evening of Spring/Summer so far weatherwise
