5.16 miles up, down and round the Wessenden Valley. 800 ft of ups in 51 mins.
Very enjoyable 3 hours following IanDarkPeak up and down Seal Stones,Blackden Edge,Crookstone and Jaggers.
Thanks again for showing me those routes Ian.
I realised this week that, whilst I've run the three peaks a number of times now, I've never done it on my own so I had a trot round there today. Almost bonked going up Ingleborough due to not eating or drinking enough and sweating more than usual but recovered reasonably well and made it back in 5.07hrs. Not too bad. After the Fellsman and Stolly's and my yomp of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, I am trying not to lose my fitness but work is getting in the way of running somewhat!

9.4m/2062ft with dog, after consistent 50/60m weeks since April probably only do 30 this week, rest should do me good. Ramp it up again after this week, taper for week before Lakeland 100, then the real pain will begin..................oh sh!t! I need therapy:w00t:
