Great photos, I only managed some light jogging/very short sprints with the dog this morning.. Dodgy ankle and sore leg! Might be a trip to the Injury section and some rolling pin action!

Club president's 70th birthday run today with 18 club mates. 11miles / approx 2000ft (guess) climb in the sun

Snuck out early for a pre dawn run, sitting in the lee of the hill watching the sun rise over the Forth.

Six miles up the old PW from Marsden Yesterday. Five miles in the same neck of the woods today. Nice to be getting better and out again.

First post, lurked for ages. Being in Essex, I can't compete with the scenery some of you have, but I did manage 15 mile in the frost & ice this morning over Langdon Hills, my local lumpy bit, with a song in my heart (for comparison Garmin says 2359 ascent, but I take that with a fairly large pinch of salt). Anyway it was a fabulous run and felt I could have run forever this morning.

Is that Pinhaw above Elslack DT? A great run is along the disused railway line (accessed along the lane from Carleton) and then up the Pennine way just before Thornton in Craven. My only problem when I did it is that I lost all my imagination going back to Carleton and just hammered down the road. Did it a couple of times when I lived in Skippo in ye olde days

Yes, that Pin Haw. We have a club run in the summer from the Tempest, plus Brett organises a race up there. We have good friends who live in Carleton and Bob from this here forum doesn't live a million miles away. It's a cracking little hill
