2hrs running around Higger Tor, Burbage, Houndkirk. So boggy over Burbage moore, tough on the legs. But it only makes you stronger. Right?
what monitaves you to get out - for me, it's just the simple fact I can

14 miles on the road from Elland then up to Stainland, Barkisland, Norland, Greetland with my friend Diane - quite hilly with a long downhill finish. It was frosty first thing but the mist rolled in and out so some sunny spells too, beautiful views.

Nice running Mrs Stagger, know it well that area, used to cycle round Sowerby Bridge area with a lad I grew up with. Suns just popped out through the mist here in Bakewell, sadly it will be dark in a couple of hours, but its getting lighter now every night, roll on Feb. 8 miles done in pitch black yesterday as the torch batteries died, that was interesting. Note to wife, dont borrow my head torch please, unless you recharge the batteries!!!

I am so lucky living in Stainland as we have lots of lovely countryside and some tough little hills. No doubt you discovered the hills Mark when you cycled with your friend!
