Bit sluggish recovering from a bout of man flu.
And an easy hour on a turbo trainer just spinning the legs.

Wednesday: 12.9 miles at 6:50 pace..
Thursday: 12.6 miles trail run steady pace.. probably around 8's..
Friday: 15.5 mile trail run 6:50 pace..
Saturday: 4.5 miles recovery 7:30 pace.
Sunday: am: 13.8 miles at 7:00 pace.. undulating trail run. pm: 3 miles steady.
Monday: 20.2 miles trail run on narrow sandy trails at 6:57 pace.. really hard session.
Its holiday time so a week of high mileage as a result of some new targets that appeared earlier this week..
Tuesday: am: 8,7 miles steady. pm: 4 mile trail run, all 7-8 min miles on the flat..
Wednesday: 13.3 miles trail run hill rep session.. 8 nice trail hills.. averaged 7:30 for session.
Thursday: 20.35 miles, 28 C temps.. horridly hard run in heat and humidity.. 6:55 pace but really struggled.. dunking in fountains along the way.
103 miles in past 7 days so a nice chunk of mileage.. easy day today, 10-12 max over 2 runs and harder 12-14 tomorrow.
12 hill reps - on the steepest hill in Suffolk - 1,100 ft of up/down, just over 6 miles, 8.40/mile. The things we have to do in the East.
