Out for a random walk, found myself near a multi-storey car park - 5 floors, each 16 steps/8 ft. Went up/down 25 times, so 125 flights, 1,000 ft of up/down; 33 minutes.

Next to no running last week, just 3 short sessions in evoskins. Did ride to work all 4 days though, so 185km with just under 3000m climb in total.
Speedy commute on the bike again today, 5 minutes faster than usual, then a dark peak race this evening
6x hill reps, 50m ascent/2:30min
BG Leg #2. Looked at Garmin (...and I realise its not 100% accurate) and last November I did it in 4.04 14.2 mile, yesterday I did it in 4.08 14.6 mile. Yesterday I did make a couple of small errors and it does show how a few minor things can add a fairly big lump of time. A short 'going around in a circle' moment and missing the fence off Dollywagon in affect added 7 or 8 minutes I reckon! Thats 35-40 minutes over 5 legs. Obvious but, for me at least, illuminating!!

7.85m 1749ft, tremendous fun. Legs felt leaden putting my shoes on but felt brilliant as soon as I started running.
pies
shocking run today.. 12.7 miles but really really tired..
First run on the fell for 10 months or so. 8 1/2 miles 2300ft of ascent in 81 minutes, quite pleased and ran the whole way with a smile on my face. Shorter run for tomorrow
Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before
