    6 am 6.3 miles

    lunch 1 mile 1 hour core session... awful

    6pm: 2 mile warm up.. 3 x 1k.. 4:40 min mile pace = dead.. 6 min rest.. still dead.. 5:15 min mile pace km 2.. 6 min rest 5 min mile pace km 3.. 3 x 200m at 33 secs.. 200m job.. 2 mile jog cool down...

    11m 3800ft, tough going and sluggish legs made this more of a walk than a run.

    Aye.. the guy I train with likes his routines..

    Nice week, should hit 90 again.. but tired after a marathon last weekend.. main sessions were 9 miles, with 7.5 miles at around marathon pace tuesday, wednesday 3 miles am, steady 10 miles pm, 7 miles thursday lunch, 8 miles thursday evening, with 4 x 200m efforts, 200m recov, 3 x 1k with 400m jog, around 5:15 pace, 2 x 400m sub 5 pace.. 2 mile jog home. Last night steady 10 checking out new area and now 20 mile trail run, steady pace though, want a hard session tomorrow.

    17.4 miles, my GPS went wonky in the forest, all miles below 6:30 min mile pace.. most 6:20ish.. all on trails, flat really. Nice work out but no food or water and felt it by mile 17..

    friday up the band across the tops to wasdale up yewbarrow the tops to great gable styhead tarn over to great langdale
    saturday up snakes pass over to high raise down wythburn (nightmare) up seat sandal back over tops to great langdale
    sunday a nice easy run round fairfield horseshoe
    would have done a lot more but had family with me

    Forgot to mention as I was coming of great gable down to sty head they were placing stretcher box and looks like they have found a space for that boulder that fell on leg 4

    a glorious half dozen, It's really good to work in the hills but to put on a bumbag and run for your self is a real joy.
