11m 2000ft on the local.
Nice little trot out, some dramatic looking downpours about the place.

A 7.5 m 1300' trot round one of my usual routes though its 3 weeks since I last did this exact one. The bracken was about waist height then in one section now its about 7' !! No chance of running through it and after negotiating it I then had to spend a minute checking for ticks.
That final descent from Winder on the Sedbergh Hills race route could be interesting this year if its the same height as this stuff
am: 6.5 miles steady.. on trails mainly.
pm: 2.15 miles to track, met up with 4 mates then 10k at 6:30 working down to 6:00 pace.. on trails.. then back home.. so 11.5 miles in total..
Felt shattered but 18.5 mile day so probably expected..
Went on th'moors tonight and got absolutely drenched. Loved it. Great to have a bit of inclement after weeks of Atacama style conditions.
Cold and freezing your tits off > hot and can't breathe.
To the Regiment - I Wish I Was There
Steady 20k tonight.. both felt tired.. started slow and built.. averaged 6,28 pace for 12 mile so not bad in the end.. even contained the rostock 'hills'....
6 and a bit on the local yesterday, heading off for some hill work today. Which should be fun.

4 miles in the midday sun. Not the greatest idea ! :w00t:
4100ft of hill reps, bloody hideous.

steady ten miles, without worrying about making sure it was over 28 for a change. Sweaty tho!
