Well, I've got to attend the Aberfeldy marathon for work, and there's a Piano tuner coming round Saturday. Other than that it's run run run. Girlfriend is away for festival season, so I've no get out excuses.
Lunch 4.1 miles steady.. pm: 9.7 miles.. 4 x 1.5 k on forest trails... 5:50 min mile pace.. then jog to track and 3 x 200m in 35 seconds.. then jog home.

Started to look at new local runs as I've now semi-moved to Forest of Bowland area!! Today I did Ingleborough from Clapham, 9 mile! Great pre-nightshift bimble out! Looking forward to much, much more

Getting out of bed took a lot of effort today, as did getting off the sofa.

28miles of trails. Not particularly hilly at 3500ft.

Pace, somewhere between 'forever' and 'eternity'

    Actually, 4hr 35m.
