Had a lovely walk :-)
Just had a nice run out with me dog, who was fairly well behaved for a change..
11 miles 1200ft climb mostly traily with a bit of moorland and some tarmac.
Lovely afternoon for it - enjoying not working Mondays at the moment!

A little trot over the moors from work this aft. 10 miles, Saltaire to Burley-In-Wharfedale. Ignored the lure of Dick Hudsons & pressed on home.
Half hours conditioning. Squats, jumps, leg thrusts etc and 45 mins at the dojo. Fancying a run but better be good and go tomorrow.

tough hilly road race yesterday evening approx. 6 miles and 1100ft
Tonight I joined Ilkstone runners for their 5k road handicap.
Easy club run for me, more nettles and thistles than running. Big climbing week this week, legs are gubbed with two more runs to go.
Travelling Friday, so the week this week is Friday - Thursday

Not too shabby, 65 miles and 21000ft in the last seven days. I think I'm going to have a beer.
