Slow 5k this afternoon with the dog, wasn't feeling upto much.

This weeks training roundup, Monday - Sunday:

14.9 miles 5 runs 1484ft climb. A week of short trail runs.
5 sessions down the gym, 6.5 hours. Lots of good workouts.
A good week overall.

16 miles 7000 ft more or less following the TWA
Lovely day on the fells but seriously out of practice and found it hard going.
Was the first outing for a pair of Fellcross2 and I'm pretty impressed

10 miles in the Harz mountains yesterday lunch, 5.1 miles on the road back in Rostock..

102 miles for the week so happy enough, IT bands feeling it though.

I'm supposed to be looking after my legs for a race tonight but the weather looked like it had possibilities so a short trip up Winn Hill after a meeting, luckily I had some kit in the car.. was it worth it....I think so
