4.5 miles round Burbage. Stunning day for it. Great hills, great views and great weather. Fairly dry too.

13.1 yesterday in the end.. 5.8 in the morning up Clachnabenn, then 7.3 in the evening on the roads 6:50 ish pace
Today 16.4 miles on forestry trails in the snow, 8:45 min miling, 900m ascent, felt battered, no food or water and it made much harder than it needed to be..
Gales and blizzards tomorrow so probably 2 easy steady paced runs or maybe a steady 13 miler..
managed 12 miles and 1300ft on snowy roads yesterday. finished last hill with a bit of a push. legs coming back still not up to full race speed but that will come I hope with some races.
I might do a short run this morning as forecast looks iffy for tonight
Ran 10 miles in snow rain and wind in the morning to work, then 8.5 steady run at night with the club, knee was niggling.
Annan and District Athletic Club. http://www.adac.org.uk/
Not sure how wise it was doing 10.5 Miles on Ilkley Moor this afternoon. Gale force winds doesn't come close. Toughest weather I think I have ever run in. Oh yes & the hail hurt like a buggar too. I've definitely earned a couple of beers with the footy tonight.
I've been up stairs 3 times today, usually with 2-3hr recoveries between.
