'fraid not....back in beloved Teessdale today and a swift but short dash up to Hardberry trig and back (about 5 miles)to check that everything has remained where it should be when I last saw it (I do like a nice bit of routine )

I bet that was a great run today tFG, especially if the sky was as clear and blue as here.

Well, it was good to be out on the hill. Shame I was running like an absolute shower.

Yesterday I ran a clockwise circuit of the kinder plateau from hayfield. The south side was pitted with fresh looking mudclaw prints all the way from the far eastern side to crowden tower but I didn't notice them on the northern edges. Was it you...anyone. Loved the run, some new areas for me

Been to London for a few days so today's early morning run was a 7 miler round Hyde Park, Green Park and St James Park. My first run in London since I did the Docklands half marathon in 1998

A 9 miler in the snow today brilliant! I followed some fox tracks round the reservoir which every now and then went to the edge of the reservoir. Either it was very thirsty or it was trying to get at the ducks on it
    No country for old men.

Nice hour around the beach this morning, met a couple of guys from the club, surprising how much easier it is to run with other folk, been struggling the last couple of weeks as I make my way back to fitness, running on my own tends to end being running too fast interspersed with bending over, blowing out of my a*se, altogether a far more civilised affair today

1hr 30m on the hill yesterday skipping around on the numerous ice sheets (Jalas know how to put shoes together, fantastic kit)

40m on the MTB today sorting out a new route to work, more farm tracks and private roads. Quite pleasant.
