A mixed past couple of days.
Yesterday did a steady 45mins on the stair climber and clocked 3250ft climb, followed by some heavy squats.
Today I had a go at the track session, despite still having the remnants of my stomach bug, and mid way through my course of antibiotics (and still suffering ear problems).
Session was 1000m, 800m, 400m, 800m, 1000m, 4 x 200m. I made it to the end of the 2nd 800m before calling it a day, the hard running really affecting me, as it did last Tuesday on the hill session.
Had been planning to do the xmas day park run and aim for a good pb, but I think over the xmas period, bearing in mind the past week, I'll keep things longer and steadier, until fully recovered.
